Eternal Frames Architecture Studio (EFAS) is an architectural firm that works across Architecture, Interior Design, Immersive Art installations, Lighting and Landscape Architecture.
We have designed and developed works that spans premium residential spaces, artistic cafes, concept restaurants, expansive resorts, dynamic office spaces and places of worship.
Established in 2017, the studio is thriving under the leadership of Ar. Chakravarthy (AU) & Ar. Praneeth Mani (JNTU). The studio boasts over 100 Completed Projects which vary in program, scale and region. In addition to our range of portfolio, EFAS specializes in Commercial and Hospitality Design.
We operate from our studio at Visakhapatnam and we've partnered with clients and organizations in and around
Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Dubai.

Ar. Chakravarthy B.M.N
Founder, Chief Architect
With love for everything in Art and Architecture, along with his drive to constantly improve his knowledge and craft, Ar. Chakravarthy started his professional journey from 2014 and founded EFAS eventually.
He makes sure there is constant improvement and a new element in each of the projects they design and this is the key to push the team to do better and for the growth and success of the studio.
He also puts in a lot of time and effort in nurturing young students by mentoring them, in his studio and at Andhra University and Gitam University as a Guest Lecturer.
Beyond work, you'll find Chakri sketching away amidst his crazy schedule and travels, especially the portraits of the people in his life.
Do ask him about his craziest travel experiences when you meet him and you'll unleash the adventure storyteller side of him.
Ar. Praneeth Mani
Partner, Chief Architect
Following the footsteps and mentorship of his brother and his own passion for the art of creation, Ar. Praneeth Mani joined EFAS in 2018.
He brings in a refreshing take on design by extensive research that goes into every new challenge they face.
The whole team sails in the same boat as he manages the chain of work along with his dedication to support in each step of the process.
He believes that immersive technology is the future of design and encourages in taking steps towards its adaptation.
Apart from work, you'll find him endlessly capturing the world around him from different perspectives and exploring styles of photography.
